Exploring Medicine 3.0

A fuller picture.
A healthier future.

Your health is more than a moment in time. Shapeit explores how medical context, everyday signals and follow-up can connect into a lifelong perspective.

A more complete starting point

Start with the person.
Connect the signals.

Medicine 3.0 is a shift in perspective: from isolated snapshots toward prevention, context and change over time.

Our proposed model starts with a health profile and medical data. A wearable can add detail, but you should never need one to begin.

The foundation

Your health profile

Personal history, family context, medication, lifestyle and everyday measurements.

An objective baseline

Laboratory insights

Existing blood results and repeat testing, selected for the question with clinical guidance.

An optional layer

Everyday signals

Sleep, activity, heart rate and training trends from a wearable—or your own records.

When justified

Deeper diagnostics

Imaging, body composition and other investigations when there is a clear clinical reason.

No wearable? Your profile, lab results and repeat measurements remain the starting point.

The outcome loop

An action is a beginning.
Change is what we study.

The idea is simple: understand the starting point, choose a meaningful goal, then return to the data. Medical decisions belong with qualified clinicians.

  1. 01Gather data
  2. 02Assess context
  3. 03Understand risk
  4. 04Set a goal
  5. 05Choose an action
  6. 06Measure again
  7. 07Review change

What changed—and what else might explain it?

A proposed view of observed progress, its context and the quality of the evidence. A trend alone does not prove that an intervention caused it.

One model. Many perspectives.

BioPilot / A part of Shapeit

A bridge between
your plan and
your training.

Your workout, in the experience you already use. BioPilot explores the connection between a structured plan and what actually happens in a session.

  • A plan shaped around personal goals.
  • Workouts delivered to a familiar device experience.
  • Planned and completed sets, repetitions and load in one future view.

Where the prototype is todayWorkout delivery has been tested with Garmin’s native Strength experience. Automatic activity import is planned; it is not connected on this public demo.

A considered approach

Curiosity.
Evidence.
Clear boundaries.

Evidence deserves context

The proposed Evidence Engine would bring research, guidelines and their limitations into view. Medical algorithms would require separate validation.

Consent comes before connection

Account connections, health-data permissions and data controls must be defined before connected features are introduced.

Exploration, not clinical care

Shapeit is an independent, non-commercial research prototype. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace a clinician.
