Shapeit is an exploratory, non-commercial research prototype. This notice describes the current public website and its BioPilot demonstration, not a launched health service.
What the current prototype does
The website presents the Shapeit product concept and serves a fixed Garmin-compatible demonstration workout. Interface metrics and visualizations are illustrative, not patient data. The workout is a technical demonstration, not a personalized exercise recommendation.
Website and technical information
The site does not include an application-owned analytics tracker, advertising integration or registration form. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information such as IP addresses, browser details and request metadata to deliver and protect the site. Platform-level cookies or security mechanisms may also apply; this notice does not claim that visiting the site produces no technical records.
Garmin and future account connections
The BioPilot demonstration can deliver a fixed workout file to a compatible connector. It does not read a visitor’s Garmin account or automatically retrieve completed workouts. Other account integrations shown on the landing page are proposed capabilities. Data scope, consent, retention, access and deletion arrangements must be defined before connected features are introduced.
No clinical service
Shapeit and BioPilot are for exploration and demonstration. They are not intended to diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or guide urgent medical decisions. Any future clinical use would require appropriate professional oversight and validation.
Before a wider pilot
A dedicated project privacy contact and the responsible entity’s details must be published before public enrolment or health-data collection begins. This prototype notice is not a substitute for those arrangements. No public research enrolment is currently offered through this site.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be updated when the prototype’s actual data practices change. New health-data features must be described before they become available, rather than treated as covered by today’s demonstration.
